The Housing Health and Safety Rating System is how to identify any hazards in rental properties; it’s what the council look for when inspecting. Any Category 1 Hazards, such as fall on stairs or excess cold, will prompt an improvement notice and the council to take action against the landlord. So, this course is incredibly relevant to every landlord who rents out property, as it allows them to identify if their buildings have any of the hazards and how to remove them safely and swiftly.

Held at: Weston Football Club, Woodspring Stadium, Winterstoke Road, WSM, BS24 9AA (Parking available).

Just £25 each for NLCE accredited landlords or £40 each for non-accredited.
