This automated email reporting portal allows landlords and tenants to begin the process of dealing with maintenance and repair problems with a formal notification.
Please report your maintenance & repair problem below, making sure that you fill out all of the boxes marked with a ‘ * ‘ as these are mandatory fields, so they must be completed in order for the NLCE team to receive your report successfully.
Once formally reported, you will be protected under the Retaliatory Eviction and Deregulation Act 2015.
If you have chosen to send the report to your landlord, they will also receive a copy and a secure link to reply to your email, along with the suggested repair time, date and solution to your maintenance repair report.
By selecting the ‘Send to landlord’ option you are providing permission for the NLCE to contact your landlord/agent to attempt to rectify the issue. If you only select ‘Send to accreditation’ the NLCE will require your permission to contact them on your behalf.
This form will be submitted to the NLCE and you will also receive a copy, so please follow the instructions as per the email.
