Following the Grenfell Tower tragedy, our first CPD course is taking place on Friday 15th September (12-4pm) and will address Fire Risk Assessments plus EPC & Legionella compliance.
Although not about private landlords, it was a poignant lesson for us all. Therefore our speakers from North Somerset Council & Avon Fire & Rescue Service will be covering:

Fire risk assessments:
+ Ability to conduct a practical risk assessment
+ Know how to conduct regular reviews

The nature of fire:
+ Develop knowledge
+ Identify typical sources of ignition
+ Understand how fire spreads

!OPEN TO ALL!

Just £35 each for NLCE Accredited Members or £50 each for non accredited landlords/agents, which includes refreshments throughout the course + free 10 year battery smoke detectors.
To be held on the 2nd floor of The Imperial, WSM.

!LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE!

Please book now by emailing enquiries@nlceuk.co.uk, and we will send you the full details and payment options ASAP.
ACCREDITED MEMBERS PLEASE NOTE: As set out in our Membership Code, our policy states that you must attend a MINIMUM of 1 NLCE accredited course per annum.
Some of you are approaching your 1 year anniversary, so it’s important to attend this course to retain your accredited status.
This is because some have around 20 CPD points already from going to local council forums, etc.
