The North Somerset forum is an independent group open to anyone with an interest in private sector housing.

The group meets every three months, on Wednesdays at 6.30pm, in the Old Council Chamber, Town Hall, Weston-super-Mare. The next meeting will be held on 12th of July 2017.

Accredited NLCE Landlords receive 5 CPD points for attending; www.nlceuk.co.uk/cpd-training/

Representatives from the NSC private rented housing team attend and it is an opportunity for people to have their say on their services, new initiatives, and changes that are coming up.

NSC consult with the forum on key issues affecting private rented housing and the group provides an excellent opportunity for networking and exchanging ideas and views.

July Agenda:
1. Apologies
2. Minutes of last Forum
3. Matters Arising
4. Helen Mannion/Hannah Jones – Background on the Housing Advice Team
5. Howard Evans – Rent with confidence
